1. Consent first
Only send messages to people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you: an order placed, an appointment made, an account created.
When someone asks to stop receiving messages, stop at once. Do not buy or rent lists of numbers.
2. What is forbidden
Spam and unsolicited bulk messages, cold-contacting people who do not know you, chain messages and misleading content.
Scams, phishing, impersonation, illegal, hateful or violent content or content exploiting minors, and anything that harms others' rights.
Getting around your plan's limits or the service's protections, and using sendzapp to harm WhatsApp or its users.
3. WhatsApp's rules
You must also follow WhatsApp's terms. A number that gets many reports or blocks may be restricted by WhatsApp, regardless of sendzapp.
Preferably use a number dedicated to your notifications, and write useful, short, expected messages.
4. If you are a partner
You answer for how your customers use their spaces. Tell them about these rules, and remove access from those who break them.
5. Sanctions
In case of a breach, we may limit, suspend or close an account, with no refund of the current period. To report abuse, write to us.
