1. The service
sendzapp.com lets you send WhatsApp messages from your application, through an API and a dashboard, from a number you connect yourself.
By creating an account or using the API, you accept these terms and the acceptable use policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your password, your API keys and everything done with them. A lost or exposed key can be revoked from the dashboard.
The account's e-mail address must be confirmed before anything is sent. You guarantee that the information you give is accurate.
3. Subscription and payment
The subscription is paid in advance in 30-day periods, in CFA francs (XAF), by Mobile Money or by card. Nothing is charged automatically: you renew when you wish, and we warn you before the due date.
After a paid subscription's due date, a few days of grace keep the service running. After that, sending stops until the next payment. A free trial stops on its date, with no grace period.
Sums paid are not refundable, except for an error on our part or a mandatory legal provision. The limits of each plan (numbers, messages per month, customer spaces) are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
4. WhatsApp and its limits
sendzapp is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta. The service connects your number as a linked device. WhatsApp may restrict or block a number, and we can neither prevent it nor guarantee it will not happen: you accept that risk.
We do not guarantee that a message is delivered or read: that depends on the recipient, their phone and WhatsApp. A message's status is given for information.
Your phone must stay on and connected to the Internet. If a number disconnects, sending is interrupted until you reconnect it.
5. Using the service
You agree to follow the acceptable use policy, in particular to write only to people who agreed to receive your messages.
You alone are responsible for the content you send and for the lawfulness of your messages, including towards your own customers if you use partner mode.
6. Suspension and ending
We may suspend an account, with or without notice, for use that breaches these terms, risk to the service or harm to others' rights. We tell you why as soon as we can.
You may stop using the service at any time. On your request, we delete your account and its data, subject to what the law requires us to keep.
7. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service available, but it may be interrupted (maintenance, outage, dependence on WhatsApp or a provider). We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the sums you paid us in the three months before the event, and excludes indirect losses (lost customers, revenue or data).
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. For an important change, we warn you by e-mail before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. In a dispute, we first look for an amicable solution.
